Consulting in real estate properties transactions, manifested in carrying out due diligence exercise aiming to investigate the legal status of the property,review the documents provided with respect to the property and check for existence of the statements of claim and encumbrances on the property;

Preparation of preliminary contracts and drafts of notary deeds, as well as assistance in the conducting of negotiations and conclusion of contracts;

Assistance in resolving property disputes and court representation;

Preparation and registration of collateral and guarantees of commercial contracts, mortgages and registered pledges;

Advising on financing related to real estate properties;

Representation and assistance in negotiations with third parties, companies, real estate agencies, notaries, banks and others in connection with conclusion of a transaction with real estate property, which is situated in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria;

Consultancy and preparation of legal memoranda on the entering of circumstances into the Property Register /attachments, mortgages, statements of claim/ in the lots of the real estate properties in the Republic of Bulgaria;
